Why would they go to bat for keeping Rush Limbaugh's medical records private? Limbaugh has spent a whole career smearing the ACLU and would gleefully put the group out of business if he had his way. Somebody else can stand up for him in court.

They should not stand up for people who would destroy the organization if they had their druthers.
