Novak thread #49-What did Carville say to/about him?
I saw it on the Daily Show but I couldn't make out what Carville.... JAMES Carville.. said that caused Novak to exhibit some sort of escapist tourettes syndrome episode like on national TV.

Anyone know what Carville said? They seemed to be discussing Katherine Harris's Senate run in Florida but other than that I can't make out what was said.

1. here
Carville said to host Ed Henry, describing Novak: "He's gotta show these right-wingers that he's got backbone, you know. The Wall Street Journal editorial page is watching you. Show 'em you're tough."

4. After Diva Novak stormed off the set, the commentator apologized
and pointed out that he did tell Novak in advance that he was going to ask him about the CIA leak issue, but the Diva stormed off the set before he got the chance to ask those questions.

sounds to me like Novak was trying to avoid talking about himself committing TREASON by outing Plame.. and he used the little squabble with Carville as an excuse to walk out. Novak and Carville have been going head to head with heated exchanges FOR YEARS and NOW all the sudden, Diva Novak is clutching the pearls that Carville would mention that Novak needs to show the right-wingers that he's got a backbone?

what a pussy!!!

6. Something like:
"You need to show the RW you still have a backbone"..I guess referring to him talking to the feds about who he spoke to about his traitorous column.

Seemed to really get him pissy...but he looked way drunker than usual.
