Anyone know why she is still is jail. I mean, we know who her leaker was; KKKarl Rove. What's the deal? Were there more leaks in the bush sinking ship?

1. No, we're not sure Rove was the leaker. |
|
He permitted Cooper to tell his name. Miller's source is different, or, perhaps, she is the source.

I agree Millers source could be different OR |
|
- The communication from Rove to her is more damning that that between Rove/Cooper
BUT - "she" cannot be "the source"..... she was never entitled to have the info, som whoever told her was her source ( possibly Libby if not Rove)

2. We know there was more than one |

And there is an interesting quirk to treason and other laws; there have to be TWO witnesses.
Fitzgerald appears to be looking at a conspiracy, and as such needs all the witnesses he can get.
And besides, she deserves it for her Chalabi and DoD stenography pre-war. And after war too. That one where she reported a farmer was pointing to the ground and how that confirmed that there were WMD in Iraq was a real howler.

3. because she's protecting criminals |

its just a coincidence that she's a warmongering, lying piece of shit that should rot in jail for decades.
kinda like getting Capone for tax fraud, really.

5. She's still in jail because she's still contemptible |
|
I mean, she's still in contempt of court for not complying with the judge's order that she name her source.

eventually. I hope, anyway. Right now it's all guesswork.
This investigation is the tightest one in memory-- absolutely no leaks or hints at what's going on from the investigators. A lot different from Starr and his PR department.
