Anyone ever heard of an indictment being supressed in the |
|
interest of National Security?
I have never heard of such a thing and do not know how it would be possible and have tried to think of a way that could be done to no avail. Can't think of a single situation where that has happened, but that doesn't mean anything.

6. "The grand jury failed to hand down an indictment" are words rarely |
|
seen in the newspaper. Grand juries indict whatever the DA asks them to indict.
If Rove doesn't get indicted, it'll be safe to assume suppression.

uses and have used this in numerous cases over the years including the 1993 world trade center bombings, and a few spy cases dating back to the 1950s. These are just some I remember off the top of my head. There are more I am sure

8. Well then they could suppress any indictments of upper eschelons of |
|
government in any event, if this is actually the case.
