Cindy Sheehan on Houston CBS 10PM news
One of the lead stories tonight on the CBS affiliate - Cindy Sheehan and the protestors in Crawford.

About a 15 second sound bite from Cindy -

"He said last week that my son died for a noble cause. I would just like to ask him what that cause was".

The reporter mentioned that the protestors were kept about 5 miles away from the entrance to the ranch.

The great news is that this story one of the first reported on the 10 oclock news.

3. We can hope he is the last Republican for a while...
...but we said that after Nixon. Carter came in and lasted one term. I do hope the sheeple will start paying attention finally, it seems as if it is starting to break thru. But the new television season hasn't started yet...

4. Cindy made national news
on the Evening CBS News! I was shocked to see MSM cover this...gave me hope! Maybe MSM is coming over to the side that offers peace, sanity, and justice.

6. It may be they are seeing the writing on the wall...
...and don't want to be collateral damage.

Regardless, it is amazing to see the MSM actually start to show the opposition. I suspect that they still do it in a negative way, but at least they are acknowledging that there IS an opposition!!!

Yes he lied . still does. And people die to put food on his table.

CRAWFORD, Texas The angry mother of an American soldier killed in Iraq is demanding an accounting from the president.

Cindy Sheehan wants to know why her 24-year-old son, Casey, died and she's issuing the demand near President Bush's Texas ranch. More than 50 shouting demonstrators joined her today.

The California woman arrived in Crawford aboard a bus painted red, white and blue and emblazoned with the words, "Impeachment Tour."

Law enforcement officials are keeping Sheehan and other protesters four to five miles away from the ranch's entrance.

The sheriff's department says the group was stopped because some marchers ignored instructions to walk in a ditch beside the road, not on the road itself.

The protesters chanted "W killed her son."

9. reporters need to point out the hazards of ditch walking in Texas
earlier someone posted there are fire ants, snakes, mud to deal with...if any of the protesters had to get medical attention from walking in the ditch down there I hope someone covers it

And being warned that the Secret Service vehicles speed through the area? Isn't there right of way for pedestrians in Texas? They need to get a grip and make sure the protesters are not hurt or there will be the worst hell to pay.

11. I live in Texas
and YES there are right of way laws. And ditch varmits. Obviously.

You don't just mow down pedestrians. Unless you're bubaya. And no. He would not get away with it. They need to back off.

What this tells us is that he is reduced to threatening IN PUBLIC an innocent woman. That is weak.

Let the fall from murder come. And so it is.
