1. Light a candle
rather than curse the darkness. Yeah, I've been there for a while now.

We should probably have candle decals too.

7. YES--candle decals are the BEST idea
I've deleted the suggestion due to fire hazzards, please blow out your candle and make sure it's not near anything flamable.

9. There's electric candles
Those ones alot of people have at Christmas. Or maybe some kind of little glow in the dark sticks like at Halloween. There's lots of things people can do if they're worried about fire. Probably some safe candle holders too, like putting a votive in sand or something.

6. I deleted post for safety concerns.
Please make sure your candle is away from kids or curtains. In fact, I would feel better if you blew it out right now!

3. I do not understand this candle thing. Could you please educate me?
I do not understand why burning a candle does anything, where this came from, why, so on. The only candles I know about are the ones you can buy and light in Catholic churches, but this doesn't make sense as far as people's references to burning candles. Could you please educate me? Thanks. Uppity the ignorant

8. This is odd.
Why did you delete everything? Is anything wrong?
