Tom Flocco lost all credibility, AFAIC, when he "scooped" the world with the "news" of Katherine Harris' death by plane crash in 2003 ( http://www.scoop.co.nz/stories/HL0307/S00070.htm ). Without bothering to dig up the original Flocco piece, I believe Flocco also implied that Harris was offed because of some sex scandal (an affair with Jeb, or some such thing).

This crap was posted all over the Web until it was retracted by Flocco... Sadly, it also undermined the credibility of Scoop.co.nz, which, IIRC, carried Flocco's story first.

(Does anybody know how Scoop.co.nz operates? Do they allow any yahoo to post just any damned unsubstantiated thing? I recall seeing a number of Bev Harris-authored "scoops" there too.)

As for Flocco: Fool me once, shame on... shame on you. Fool me... er, can't get fooled again.

Tom Heneghen, is a "correspondent" for the Cloak and Dagger website. May as well get the bullshit straight from the man himself, so here's the latest, fresh and hot:

On Friday, Tom Heneghen reported on Cloak's Shop Talk From Plot H.Q. that the true bills also listed Supreme Court Chief Justice William Rehnquist and Justice Antonin Scalia as unindicted co-conspirators.

According to sources close to the grand jury, Fitzgerald's citizen panel is now able to prove that George W. Bush was not legitimately elected president in the 2000 election; but more importantly, it has fingered the United States Supreme Court for fraud, obstruction of justice and treason, making the Bush terms totally illegal.

The scope of the indictments and investigations indicates that the grand jury's indicted criminal acts reaching back to 2000 will lead to further legitimate assumptions that Bush-Cheney involvement in the 9.11 attacks and sending American young people to war based upon lies orchestrated by Mr. Bush and British Prime Minister Tony Blair are both squarely in the sights of the grand jury.

13. Still not addressed: critical flaw in his Chicago story that shows

the story to be bogus (if common sense alone doesn't suffice especially after looking at his source's other claims):

Fitz is investigating the Plame matter as the DOJ appointed Special Prosecutor before the DC grand jury, NOT as the US Attorney for Chicago. Indictments in the Plame matter, if any, would be issued by the Wash DC grand jury that is investigating the case. That's a tremendously basic factoid that Flocco simply ignores.

So Flocco still stands by his story that a Chicago grand jury not investigating the Plame matter is issuing indictments pursuant to an investigation under the jurisdiction of the Wash DC grand jury...is Flocco just a credulous whack job or what?
