Is there a Bunker at the 'Western White House' in Crawdad, Texas? |
|
just wondering. is crawfoot a safe house for the commander in chief in case of an attack? is it protected by our air force? is it restricted air space? is it even safe for our commander in chief to be there during a war? i just don't get why they REALLY send him out there.

2. Why do you ask? Would you feel "safer" if "something" were to happen? |

3. It is restricted air space, and it is defended... |
|
... the air force was scrambled to divert a light plane near Crawford a couple of years ago.
However, I don't think there's a bunker. Cheney rarely shows up there. :)

By definition. So, it doesn't much matter. In the meantime, they aren't very friendly to News Chopper 8-types flying around taking photos, or whatever.
