2. Those look like part of a test kit for a Chemical Weapon detector
used to check that the detector is still working. They for sure are NOT a "WMD" because there is nowhere near enough to do any major damage.

4. Agreed.
That's exactly what it looks like to me. It's most likely not sarin in any event, which is why it's also labeled as v-gases, etc. It's an anologuous substance that will give a positive test when verifying the function of a detector.

3. French, English or Russian
Not sure which language is used for technical terms in a chem lab in Iraq. But I don't beleive chemical compounds have names in Arabic. So they would be using one of the technical languages.
