jay is a radio legend in chicago. he was om wls890 am the same time malloy was and both got fired around the same time. he used to call idiots that called in "brainstems" and the friday night "shoot outs" are legendary. jay came back to chicago for several years and was teamed with a right -wing new yorker on 890 mid mornings. that lasted several years then he was fired again because he was speaking out again about the conserative bullshit so he went back to denver. jay is one of the best radio guys in america...
