Drudge reported Kerry had an affair---untrue |
|
how many things has Drudge posted that have been bullshit? Sidney Blumenthal beats his wife? Drudge is not a news source, Drudge is a gossipy hen owned by the gop and should not be taken at all seriously.

1. Interesting enough it was the Drudge Report that had the links to BBC |
|
regarding the war in Iraq starting almost two days before the pResident 'officially' started the war in Iraq.
Not that Drudge isn't a piece of shit....just that no MSM reported anything.

They WANT to believe what Drudge prints, even if the quotes are out of context(i.e. Cindy Sheehan).
on edit: corrected Cindy's name.

5. Drudge doesn't "report' much |
|
on Iraq, I've noticed. He's big on celebrities and Clinton bashing. But like most chickenhawks, the harsh reality of war is too much for his delicate stomach. The next general election is going to bring a showdown between those conservatives who actually believe in smaller government, fiscal responsibility, and less governmental intervention in civilian lives,(are there even any of those people left?) and the evangelicals. It will be interesting to watch where the Drudges, Sullivans, and Gannons fall in the armageddon facing the Republican party. If the evangelicals get their candidates on the ballots, what will happen to the gay Republicans? They've been very active promoting the Bush administration. (we still don't know who Gannon's White House boyfriend is...). What place will these former media forces have in Rick Santorum's new reality? (I don't imagine a senator (and presidential hopeful) who believes homosexuality is akin to bestiality plans to include these "journalists" in his milieu.) Ricky will probably have Drudge's site shut down, under his new thought police crackdown. Oh, well. Dance with the devil and see what happens.
