I listen to old 78 records all the time-
so, needless to say, I am not well versed
in the latest music, but I would buy that group's
CD, I really liked the music- good choice for the
visuals.

Just got home from one armed shopping trip...
All I can say is, you don'y realize how much you use
both hands until you can't- I can not wait to get this
cast off! 5 weeks to go...
Nothing really though compared to the young
soldiers who have lost limbs permantley, thanks
to the neocon lies.
Perspective is everything and breaking my
arm has made me consider seriously what
losing an arm or leg must feel like.

sounds like a long time. I know I'd be challenged as a musician and it hadn't necessarily occurred to me that many victims of war who lose limbs, motor abilities etc., could very well be musicians also.
..just one more beautiful thing in this world squandered
the demensions of all of the loss seem unfathomable

No guitar
No piano

And as an artist, no pottery wheel.
FORGET changing film in my camera...

All of those activities, such an intregal
part of my inner being-my source of centering and peace.
CAN'T imagine how a soldier of
similar soul and spirit might feel losing
a hand for life...
I feel so lost not being able to pick up
my guitar, a ball of clay or sit at my piano
and play with both hands.
All the more reason to support Cindy and
BRING THEM HOME NOW.
We don't want anymore wounded or dead.
We want an END to this LIE of a war.
