Just got back from a trip to Jesusland - very few Bush Cheney bumper
stickers to be found. I was in northern Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee and Kentucky, and I only counted 5 or 6 in four days. I saw just about as many Kerry bumper stickers. I found this surprising; I wonder what it means...

5. Took them off, but they are still sitting at home....
stewing not only because their beloved BushCo is beleaguered, but also because they can't afford some gasoline to escape their hell hole lives for even a day.

9. I was thinking the same thing
How the hell do these people afford $2.25 for a gallon of gas when they can't even afford to fix a broken window?

which is pretty conservative. My town can go either way (in 1997-2001 we had a democratic mayor, 2001-2005 we had a republican who was okay and now we have an indie who's cool who I voted for) and I don't see many Bush stickers either. I see a few handful here and there but not like during the election. I remember about two months ago seeing a report that said only 50% of the southern population supported Bush. This was a big surprise to me! Oh and during the election I saw a good mixture. In the downtown area I saw maybe two/three Bush signs but I saw tons of Kerry signs and stickers and anti-Bush stickers!

14. It was a real eye opener for me
I imagine a lot of those people have children or spouses in the military, and they're fed up with the lies.
