Popularity Contest
I'm not much of a programmer so I'm just throwing this out there as a suggestion but it would be cool if somewhere on DU there could be a kind of poll, where every time someone in washington, in the media, in the state capitals etc., did something right anyone who wanted to could give them a "shout out" (limit 1 per day) and it kept score as kind of a running popularity contest to see, over time, who consistently did good things, and who was just in the news alot.
