Want to see how citizens are turning on Bush? Watch CSPAN right now.
The call-in portion of the show--the question is "Does security trump privacy?"

People are pissed. The ratio is 10:1 for callers saying that privacy is much more important than security. But they aren't just saying this, they are expressing anger at the Bush administration for dismantling the Constitution.

I'm amazed. There is a vast difference in the level of support for Bush between two months ago and today. People are pissed.

3. Will they doze back off come November 2006?
That's the important question...

2. Have been watching.
I've been waiting for the host to start trying to make the "support" and "against" calls evenly divided. It really puts them in a tailspin when more people get po'd at *.

5. sorry I missed it...
I haven't been watching Washington Journal because I just get pissed off first thing in the morning listening to the radical regressives lay the blame for everything on liberals and the "liberal" media. Oh, and of course Clinton...

The sad/scary thing is the regime doesn't care about their approval rating. With the msm in their pocket and hackable tabulators counting the votes, they've got nothing to worry about.

Excellent article that points this out:

Lack of Election Reform Threatens to Make All Progress Irrelevant

-snip-

Whatever progress we think we have made in the past few years is completely irrelevant if the elections are not guaranteed to be fair. There are so many crimes out there being committed by this administration you can bet that they will do whatever they can to not lose control of either house in 2006. They correctly recognize that if that were to happen, then REAL investigations would ensue, complete with subpoena power. It is obvious that the tide has shifted and public opinion is rapidly drawing away from the party that has led us down this path of destruction. The majority of people in this country now correctly believe that Bush has lied to us about going to war and his personal ratings are plummeting. There is no question in my mind that if the elections were fair and honest, that the GOP would lose control in 2006 but the question remains, will they be fair?
