Spare change for Cindy!

Do you have a coin jar around the house?

I have one and my there's a branch of my bank that has coin counter for the public to use (no fee).

I'm dumping that baby in and send the balance (every penny) to Cindy.

I know many of us have donated, but this would be a good way to clean out that ol' dust bucket and put it to good use.

6. I did this after 9/11

I remember after 9/11, you would go to the grocery store and they would have a container at the register to donate to the victims of 9/11. I always wanted to give something but I didn't have a lot of money. So everytime I bought something I would put some spare change in the container. No matter where I was, I always put in something!

It doesn't seem like a lot to put in your spare change.......but if everyone does that, it adds up to a lot!!

Just like then, I'll continue to offer my support to Cindy and anyone else who supports this cause! It may seem like nothing to you but if many people do the same thing, it can add up to a LOT!!

It takes several months to fill up this little box (a small cedar box) with change.

So from now on it's going to be my donation box.

Even your spare change can make a huge difference. Cindy is going to need financial assistance for some time to come. If the anti-christ won't come to see her in TX, she is going to keep trying in Washington. So everyone should keep fundraising any way they can. She will put it to good use.

I've been stashing some change in an empty coffee can for a couple of months. I'll have to see how much I have and send it.
I would prefer not to use PayPal (I've maxed it out) or credit card. Do you think cash (i.e., dollar bills) stashed in a card sent Priority with delivery confirmation would be too unsafe?? Or would a postal money order perhaps be better??
Any practical suggestions would be appreciated.

You can probably roll all your coins and purchase a MO at your bank.

I wouldn't suggest sending cash.

Some supermarkets have those cash counting machine, but they charge a fee. It's easier than rolling them however.


Below is the address from Crawford Peace house. I really suggest mailing to the PO Box instead of the street address in Crawford. Checks and MO's might get lost in the flood of cards and letters.
