Ok folks, It's time to get serious about media corruption
As seen by MSGOP, GE, Clear Channel, etc...

We need to do MORE than write letters. We need to get to their advertisers and we need to stop buying their products.

Let's keep track of EVERY Advertiser and let us write our letters to them. We need to hold them accountable the same way we held Sinclair accountable.

We can keep track and we can set up websites to make it easier for people to know who is supporting Sinclair.

AND we need to find out who all the subsidiaries are of GE and squeeze them. Sure. We don't all need to buy a major appliance, but I say it's time to refuse to buy GE and any subsidiary's products until they take their choke hold off the media.

We'll need help. Is anyone able to help with this?

2. we stop giving them money
and their advertisers will stop giving the media money. Money talks! Look at what we accomplished last year when Stclair network was going to spend a whole 60 minutes attacking Kerry! We got them to make it FAIR.

And we did this through the use of telling each and every business who supports them that we would NOT buy or utilize their service while they support this corrupt media.

AND it did work last time because MONEY talks to those folks!

5. money ALWAYS talks!
They're in business to make money. You can always talk to their pocketbooks because that's what they value!!

You just have to get enough people to do the same thing so that they can see it's having an impact on their bottom line.

I think it's a good idea. I bet we could find subsidiaries of GE if we looked hard enough.

4. Has it not made Currents?
If it goes up on the website, people can vote it as being ready for presentation. What does Currents have to compete with this?

6. I'm very careful about where I spend my money...
But what I probably don't do enough is alert those with whom I chose not to do business about the reasons why I made that decision.

That's probably something many of us could do a bit better...

Sure, I vote with my pocketbook, which is the important part, but we can't expect any change without a strong stimulus in a different direction.

To a business, lost sales are a strong stimulus, and when the business is aware of the reasons for significant amounts of lost sales, they will be strongly prompted to change.

7. yes, that's what I'm saying. We make a concerted effort
to boycott and inform why we're boycotting and we help make it easier for others to boycott too.

I,myself, need a new washer...but I will NOT buy a G.E after seeing how they ignored Cindy.

8. Youre right ROL* It's the concerted efforts that wakes them up
And its the advertisers/corporations that we need to break our 'addiction' from.

Thanks for the post.
