Nope, it's worse! More fatalities and injuries than Vietnam's first 2 years. The troops could hang out around Saigon and go to a club. Try that in Iraq.

2. And to think a yellow-belly Viet Nam draft dodger |

started it to boot. I despised Johnson at the time, but nothing compared to the way I despise that POS hiding from the girl in the driveway at Crawford.

5. I'm sure Rummy the Dummy and his butt-boy lil George |
|
would like to do that, but realistically without a full blown draft it can't be done. Also, Chimpy does not have the nations support anymore.
I read recently that the neo-con Bush regime were very impressed by Maggie Thatcher's conquering the Maldives (Falkland Islands) and the following parades in the streets of London glorifying the witch. And they actually thought Iraq would have the same result, which is where the throwing flowers at troops bullshit all started.
What chimpy has on his mind now is what will his legacy show at his library with the centerpiece of his presidency being the "Bush rape and torture cells" at Abu Ghraib.
