Camp Casey Question: Who owns the triangle with the posted sign?

I used to work in right-of-way for the Department of Transportation. Usually, these "triangles" where two or three roads meet are the property of the county, city, or DOT, not of a landholder. Thus, no one has the right to put a posted sign on a similar area here.

Has anyone been to the Crawford County Courthouse to see just who owns that triangle of land? It should be easy to ascertain--could probably get a firm, documented answer in less than 10 minutes.
