2. Relax on the Health Dept stuff

They have to check it out. I don't want to get into an argument about which is a greater health risk, Mr.bush or a bunch of anti-war protesters, but they do need to check it out. How they check it out is the issue and it sounds like it went ok. You could thank them for doing this with dignity and respectfully.

Treating others with dignity and respect is among the most basic and fundamental of our human responsibilities. I'm glad the health department are living up to their responsibilities, but instead of thanking them for doing what they should be doing in the first place, which almost implies SURPRISE that they're doing it, we should be demanding it of the others -- namely, BUSH and his Merry Men.

I don't want to get into an argument about which is a greater health risk, Mr.bush or a bunch of anti-war protesters, but they do need to check it out. Of course everyone needs to be demanding it of Mr.bush, but it is nice when someone in power does not abuse it so I say thank the health dept for being decent about it.
