A "democratic Constitution" in Iraq will be like a magic potion....

All the insurgents will disappear. They will jump up and down in celebration, rushing to give flowers to the American liberators, and will surrender their weapons and carbombs. The "democratic Constitution" will have magic repercussions all over Iraq. It will change that country overnight. We can withdraw our troops whenever that magic "Constitution" takes effect. Won't that be a memorable date?
