16.5 million to 1
"And on Election Day, twenty-six state exit polls incorrectly predicted wins for Kerry, a statistical failure so colossal and unprecedented that the odds against its happening, according to a report last May by the National Election Data Archive Project, were 16.5 million to 1. Yet this ever-less beloved president, this president who had united liberals and conservatives and nearly all the world against himself—this president somehow bested his opponent by 3,000,176 votes. How did he do it?"

25. oops, forgot to add Tom Noe of Coingate/GOP Scandal fame was not only
instrumental in bringing Diebold into Lucas County while serving on the Lucas county BOE, but his wife Bernadette was Chairperson of the Lucas County BOE during the November election which was handled so outrageously that even Blackwell was forced to write an investigative report:

http://www.sos.state.oh.us/sos/elections/lucas.htm

This report includes the fact that REPUBLICAN VOLUNTEERS were allowed UNSUPERVISED ACCESS to UNSECURED BALLOTS prior to the election, as well as this list:

*failure to maintain ballot security
*Inability to implement and maintain a trackable system for voter ballot reconciliation .
*failure to prepare and develop a plan for the processing of the voluminous amount of voter registration forms received.
*issuance and acceptance of incorrect absentee ballot forms.
*manipulation of the process involving the 3% recount.
*disjointed implementation of the Directive regarding the removal of Nader and Camejo from the ballot .
*failure to properly issue hospital ballots in accordance with statutory requirements.
*failure to maintain the security of poll books during the official canvass
*failure to examine campaign finance reports in a timely manner.
*failure to guard and protect public documents.
*failure to guard and protect public documents ....etc.

35. The only reason I think Franken says that....
because I believe he's trying to get through to RWers that might be swayed. Once we mention that the election was stolen, than a large majority of them just instantly dismiss us as loons.

I know that my sister believes it was stolen. But when I brought it up at Xmas around family and friends...she didn't back me up at all. It wasn't until last week when I was visiting her that she confided in me that she was POSITIVE that it had indeed been stolen. When I asked her why she left me out to dry at Xmas with me standing there with all these silent people just staring at me like I needed to be committed, she replied, "I didn't want them to think I was nuts.".

Seriously. I think there are a lot more people out there that realize what happened, it's just that the Pubs were REALLY quick at labeling us as soon as the slightest mention came up of impropriety, most are just too weak to stand up, grab 'em by the shirt and say, "WAKE THE FUCK UP!".

6. A crime so vast in its enormity that most cannot believe it possible.
Yet, it happened, folks. The evidence lies in steaming mounds all around us.

The power of denial and ignorance is strong, but ultimately not invincible.

We will Never. Give. Up.

40. Wow, talk about projection.
That's a list, in reverse, of things they did. A couple of them are simply fake, but the rest are actually Puke tactics, not ours. This is typical behavior for personality disordered (sociopathic) individuals.

Does Bushler get removed and Kerry put into office? Impeachment and otherwise "normal" succession (as per the constitutional line of succession)?

I really wonder.

Edited on Thu Aug-11-05 09:19 PM by SoCalDem
without viloence in the streets.. "02 was the true test..electronic voting machines allowed them to "flip" Georgia when the polls said they would lose......again, no one complained violently.. They KNEW it would continue to work, because the 'average voter' just doesn't car all that much when it really comes down to it.:(

41. It was all part of a plan:
Step 1: Screw up an election so badly there will be loud cries to "do something."

Step 2: Do something: install new machines to line the pockets of your donors who make them, and at the same time, tighten your hold on the vote count.

places other than Ohio? Which was suspect before the election.
I mean places like "'Possombottom" Mississippi (made that up) but seriously little places where no one would look and the county or parish offal's have been corrupt since time began.
