Seems as though all the talk of leaving Iraq has been canceled
Edited on Fri Aug-12-05 12:32 AM by The_Casual_Observer
We won't be hearing about it anymore.
Essentially bush put the world on notice today that we are staying in Iraq forever - he "strongly disagrees" with the idea of getting out.
Some general let the cat out of the bag yesterday that they will be, in fact, increasing the number of troops over there - temporarily they claim.

I wonder how this is going to go over when the masses begin to grasp what happened today.

1. I guess they'll wonder where the troops will come from
I guess my GOP friend who gave her son the race car and college tuition to stay out of the war might have to add a few exotic vacations.
