DUers who are going or have been to Crawford...

Is there any way that we can identify ourselves as DUers to other DUers when we are there? I don't want to have my DU user name on my chest, but I was thinking maybe if we tied a piece of ribbon around our wrists, or wore a piece of ribbon on our shirts (maybe blue) that it would be a good way for us to identify each other.

What are your suggestions?

Also, I was wondering if there is any more room for another canopy in Camp Casey. I have a 10x10 canopy that I can bring and set up, and then that could be like a central meeting place at Camp Casey for DUers. Can someone tell me if there is any room for another canopy? Or even chairs, if there is no room for a canopy? If I set up the canopy, I can make a small sign so that anyone who visits will know it's the DU canopy.

Any ideas, suggestions, and advice you can give those of us who haven't been to Crawford yet is vastly appreciated.

1. If you have a DU bumper sticker, scan it onto iron transfer paper

and do a t-shirt. You be the den mother.

4. If I can find a DUer to whom I can text reports or email reports...

and who start a thread for me and can keep a thread updated, I will certainly do that.

And then I can post more complete posts at night when I get back to the hotel (will have a kid in tow).

If I know that we can keep a chain of DUers coming to Crawford until Cindy pulls up camp, I'll just leave the canopy for all the DUers who are at Camp Casey after I leave.

But Verizon has separate billing for voice and data. Pay on the same invoice, though. Comes to about $130/month for unlimited 'net and 500 min/month peak with unlimited nites and weekends nationwide.

18. Honestly, I dont believe there is room at Camp Casey..

for something that big...There is plenty of room at the protest site, but Im not sure what the rules are... You could pull up a couple chairs and stake a du sign into the ground at Camp Casey tho :)
