Check out these Wisconsin Conservative Idiots
Edited on Sat Aug-13-05 07:42 AM by sybylla
The pukes are desperate in this state to stop liberals from voting. For at least a decade now, they have been pointing fingers at liberal Milwaukee and crying fraud without evidence of any crime.

Tuesday, they turned fanatical. The chairman of the state GOP and two puke representatives from near Milwaukee stood on the lawn of a house in the 1600 block of N. Astor St - uninvited - and held a press conference in which they accused 9 people of voting twice - once in Milwaukee and once in either Chicago, Madison or Minneapolis. These intellectually challenged politicos claimed that someone at that home whose lawn they occupied, was one of those double voters, but would not release the name or even reveal any evidence to substanciate their claim.

The Milwaukee Urinal-Sentinel published an article on these new GOPpie claims and found that only three people at that residence
were registered voters in Milwaukee: Stuart and Gayle Schenk and their son Joseph, who moved to Chicago last August. (to register and view the article, log in as notavailable@bugoff.com)

Funny thing is, Joseph Schenk is in Chicago studying "to join the Franciscan order of the Roman Catholic Church." And his parents are adamant that he neither voted in Milwaukee nor requested an absentee ballot. "It's a good thing I wasn't home," Stuart Schenk said when he learned of the news conference. "It's amazing how much nerve these people have."

So the pukes, in all their brilliance, stood on the lawn of a home uninvited, accused a man studying to be a Franciscan of voter fraud and now they won't release the evidence to justify their seemingly specious claim.

This looks like a perfect opportunity for the state Dems. And thank goodness we just elected a chair willing to stand up and point fingers at conservative idiots.
From the DPW press release on Friday, August 12, 2005

“Without showing any evidence, and without even bothering to contact the young man they are accusing of committing a federal crime, Republicans are throwing around unsubstantiated allegations to further
their own crass political agenda,” Wineke said. “How would you feel if Rick Graber and his Republican henchmen showed up unannounced on your doorstep and accused your son of a federal crime?”

The tactics employed by the Republican Party reek of a new sort of McCarthyism in Wisconsin, Wineke said.

“What Rick Graber did was wrong and violates any basic notion of common decency,” Wineke said. “If he can prove that this deeply religious young man is a criminal, he should present his evidence. If not, he should apologize.”

If Graber will not release his evidence, investigators in the case – including U.S. Attorney Steve Biskupic and Milwaukee County District
Attorney E. Michael McCann – should move quickly to exonerate Joseph Schenk, Wineke said.

“It’s obvious that Graber knew his thin evidence and flimsy investigation would not stand the light of day, and that’s why he
didn’t release it to anyone,” Wineke said. “This young man deserves to
have his name cleared of these outrageous allegations.”

Now tell me these guys don't deserve nomination for the Top Ten.
