10. They do show up during times like this.
It is the perfect time to see who the real "DUers" are and who the "trolls in DUer costumes" are.

They hate us for our love of each other and our nation and for our determination! :grouphug:

(((())))) Don't out 'em, alert on 'em. After awhile, they get all frustrated and out themselves.

21. Yep, BUT....
We can't all be blamed for the war. Some of us are trying...

I think the world knows this. It's not like all they can see on the internet from tiny little outposts are the Freeker type sites. :)

25. I hate the dirisive laughter....
like we're just so stupid, or we'd "get it".

I also go nuts with people who are so apolitical, they barely realize there is a war going on, but they insist on makig observations and suggesting solutions!!

26. I had a conversation with a repuke business woman yesterday
who believes that Iraq was involved in 9/11. Now mind you, she has successfully operated her own business for years and makes a very good living, yet she honestly believes that Iraq was involved with 9/11.

The discussion turned very heated and was cut short when I mentioned to her that telling lies about blow jobs did not equate to lies that result in an illegal and immoral war and the death of tens of thousands of people.

 They don't want to know the truth, they are safer believing the lies. :argh:

27. Always with the Clinton story....
What a bunch of one-trick ponies!

Dick's sublimnal campaign worked. He took every opportunity to say "Al Qaeda" and "Saddam" together, until people believed there was a connection.

I noticed DUHbya, in his interview with the Israeli reporter from the Brush Ranch, said "Abu Nidal was in Iraq." There's evidence that Saddm had him killed, so what's the dufus in chief's point?

28. Oh yeah, clinton's lies about his blow job was far worse than
anything the weed-n-chief has done -- at least according to the right. They just don't realize that they have been fed a pack of lies and they are being played for the fools they have allowed themselves to become.

:argh:

But some may be legit. After a few postings on DU some may be all giddy to be here and just have to start a thead saying so. I was like that, I didn't start a thread like that but I kept my cool and kept it to myself. :hi:

13. That's great. No railroading here.
The concern is the tag team effect of the truly disingenuous who leave clues in basic presentation that ID them to each other. And milking DU for ideas with basic bullshit starter posts.

"I always keep an open mind and give them the benefit of the doubt if their posts aren't blatantly against us."

Open mind-- yes
Falling for blatant bogus bullshit-- no

16. In defense of the "suspicious".
I've seen disagreements between long time trusted DUers.

I've also seen a poster say someting that is hard to stuff into a far left mold, and be shunned and accused of "trollery".

There are many types of any animal, Dem included.

A quick example: many here feel all guns in public citizens' hands should be outlawed. Many others feel ALL constitutional rights should be protected. All are legitimate Democrats. They're just on different points of the spectrum.

I will now step down from my soapbox. :)

22. "Misunderstood much?"
Sometimes. Disagreed with, too. Even told off a few times.

Life goes on. I realize everyone, even in places where the like-mided gather, can't possibly agree all the time on every issue. That's just reality.
