5. Nelson saying that if Bush-who is the one accountable, wants to lay
the blame on an Assistant of State-that is his perogative.
I do not know who he was referring to--as the story on London today said that Gen. Casey was slapped down by bush.

31. it is easier to fire rummy--maybe Biden was refering to the fact that it
would take Congress to fire Bush--which would never happen given that it is controled by Repugs. Just speculating.
