Didn't Charles Rangel say not that long ago...
...that we're getting closer to impeachment? It was right after the Conyers DSM hearing. I don't know about you guys, but that seems like a pretty reliable source. I wish more people around here would have faith.

12. The rule of law may mean nothing to the BushCo/neoCON cabal,...
,...but, it is still quite meaningful to the majority of folks (no matter their political, religious, cultural etc. association) in this country.

I have no faith in the "leadership"; but, I have great faith in true Americans and those true Americans FAR OUTWEIGH these corrupt, exploitative bastards.

2. the only way that has any hope...
is to win the house & senate back in '06. then we have subpeona power and can hold hearings on anything we want. I think it would still be hard though because dems in red states would be under a lot of pressure to lay off reverend shrub

6. Diebold can do alot
with central tabulators it takes very few people and very little time to switch the totals.

I know it is very important to run effective campaigns - but that is not all we have to do - these machines have to go

13. Yep I'm pretty sensitive to these voting machines
why? Because I voted on opti-scan in Florida in the 2004 election - I waited in line for over 3 hours to vote and it makes me physically ill to think that perhaps MY vote was counted for George Bush.....

WE HAVE TO GET RID OF THESE MACHINES -

10. States have been working on that
There are a few states that have gone underway to get paper trails and everything if they are going to use the voting machine's which is good news. Wasn't North Carolina the first southern state to do this?

7. I haven't seen the DVD...
I watched most of the hearing on CSPAN. Right after that, somebody on this board mentioned that Rangel said we're getting closer to impeachment on a talk radio show. That seems like a reliable source to me. I have more hope than some of the people on this board.
