I finally get why Bush speaks like he does. |
|
It's because he's an emperor.
Years ago, I was sitting drinking Saki and eating edame with a bunch of Japanese acquaintances. We were discussing the fact that the emperor had gotten engaged. They were telling me about the emperor, how he lives and what protocols he must follow and the fact that many old Japanese still believe he is a god. They said he spoke his own language that no one else could speak except him and those who are communicating with him.
Darn, now I know why Bush doesn't make any sense. He speaks his own language because he's our emperor and half the nation thinks he's a god.
:spank:

8. Hmmm, interesting diagnosis: |
|
"The syndrome is characterized by a severe memory defect, especially for recent event, for which the patient compensates by confabulation - the reciting of imaginary experiences. Psychologists working with these patients often have great problems sorting out what is truth and what is lies of what patients say -"
Yep, that describes Bushie!

Ever notice that since Bush first came on the scene and started pronouncing it "nucular" that nearly all the media then started doing likewise?? I seemed to be the only person left still saying "nuclear"... like I was living in a twilight zone episode where suddenly everything changes but the main character is still the same and wonders what happened (well, actually, that's how every episode was!)

9. If he had been born like this I would feel a smidgen of sympathy, but |

Edited on Sun Aug-14-05 04:47 PM by kestrel91316
he has wilfully turned his brain to mush by indulging in his favorite substances for WAY TOO LONG. The chickens have come home to roost.
That said, I still find myself calling him a moron (with apologies to true morons everywhere).
Edit for spelling

After all these years of him saying words obviously wrong, yet he never learns and corrects himself later, I have trouble imagining that anyone could be this stupid! I'm thinking that he just doesn't give a shit, as someone titled some other post.
