Good point made about Justice Sunday II
I was reading through crooksandliars.com and the poster Dane Douglas made an interesting point about all the politics inside church. Here's what the Bible has to say about all of this:

<Isaiah 56:7 "...for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people".

In the New Testiment(Matt 21:13), Christ himself repeated these words when he kicked the money changers out of the temple saying "... It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.">

So the people who claim to be the most religious are ignoring Jesus after all.

1. Render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar's,
and unto God, the the tings that are God's.

That one is REALLY getting blurred now.

2. My House shall be a House of Prayer
is a Dance of Universal Peace. I like this version, because the different Names of God and Prophets are invoked. I wish I could get all people of faith to dance this Dance, to understand that all paths lead to the One.

4. On NBC tonight, there was a story about
Corporate sponsors of faith-based TV shows. Seems years ago, corporations were reluctant to sponsor such shows. Now however, they are rushing to sponsor. For example, there is a cable network of only Christian music/videos (who knew?) and sponsors are lining up and paying big bucks to sponsor. Many of them were interviewed, and they admitted freely that they were there for the bucks, because they have learned that the religious are very prolific spenders.

I guess we Progressives are mostly poorer, and not such big spenders, huh?
