2. What's funny about that is..

I cant even get responses to requests for bumperstickers or literature from DU when I send emails to the admins..

When Im asked where I heard about things as I help to organize people or stuff in Crawford, Ive stopped saying DU, because the actual site hasnt been very receptive to throwing a bone.

Damn fools, I tell you. They have no idea how much publicity they could get by having an actual presence there.

I have to disagree about organizing stuff down there though. I have been doing thre same and It would be impossible for me without DU.

I am going with several others this weekend. There are others on the ground right now. We are working up a good presence!

I support DU but I'm glad they are NOT doing that, at least not in the way you seem to be suggesting. In my opinion DU should be SUPPORTING CINDY'S CAUSE (period). Which I believe they/we have been and to good effect. If we can be a source of support to Cindy and to the others that are making this amazing protest happen, that IS what DU should be doing. I, for one, am very grateful for all the information coming into DU about this event. I'm giving it attention, spreading the word in my own circle and donating what $ I can to the cause. If everyone here does that, we will move this country forward by leaps and bounds. THAT will get DU recognized in the right way.
