Larken Rose convicted (section 861 IRS Code) |
This is for all Libertarians out there with a certain interpretation of section 861 of IRS code. I myself intend to continue paying income taxes... There are interesting reports (audio blogs) from the trial: http://triallogs.blogspot.com/ http://www.dougkenline.blogspot.com/You can also follow links from those sites to more background information about Larken and his wife Tessa. The jury found Larken guilty. His wife's trial should begin this week. Here is a couple of news articles: http://www.phxnews.com/fullstory.php?article=24057http://www.phxnews.com/fullstory.php?article=24059

2. Right. I think they are arguing that 861 is unconstitutional. |
good luck with that. The Constitution is just a symbol of an idea anymore.
