Theyre just helpful souls helpfully letting us know all the nastiest insults the rw nuts are hurling Cindy's way! Because, you know, they just happened to be changing the stations and accidentally kept landing on all the rw nut shows.

54. HIstory will show that this movement proves |
|
that "supporting" the troops = not squandering their lives.
And it chills the blood to think of the vets-- still there and back home-- who will have to wrap their minds around this war-of-choice, whichever way they decide to believe about the reasons. Fucked up.
ABC reported tonight on the soldier back in the US who shot a shotgun out his window at some people partying in the parking lot. Injured two. He was sent to two weeks of psychiatric eval.
His job in Iraq was to piece together blown up bodies to present for burial.
Why should those bodies, and his mind, be blown?
Tonight the Lehrer NH had a longer than usual list of "and now in silence" faces. I noticed quite a few were 25. Born when Raygun took over. They died for the Big Lie.
What a waste.
You're right, there is hope in the pain, for the changes we will make.

I saw the story. The term they used for this was "recompose the bodies."
And the ones responsible for this are laughing and playing golf and slapping one another on the back.

I was wrong! The one in my town is being hosted by a woman who was going to go to Crawford with me! YAY, this little red neck city is doing something.

It's pretty there, and the grounds are spacious and often used for community events.
We had a candlelight vigil there before the invasion -- the one called by Bishop Tutu that was supposed to be 7pm in every time zone, so it would "roll" around the world. The place was packed. I have no idea how many to expect this time, but this Cindy phenomenon...
