I have to give Cindy credit.... |
|
She's holding her own.
And she has my admiration and my support and profound sympathy.
I've been listening to her on our girl Randi Rhodes.
Every once in awhile I would think, OK enough of the endless Cindy coverage.
Let's beat on something else... There is SO MUCH to choose from.
I just saw this woman on Hardball...she's been talked to. She is on message, and she's relentless.
And I don't think she's going anywhere.
She may wind up getting dragged out of Crawford. That's always a likelihood.
This Hardball show that Cindy was on is almost surreal.
They have a "Iraqi Opposing Cindy Sheehan" spokesperson who is barely coherent, Pro Bush, Pro Occupation, Pro Tweety prop up...
I can't believe the level of sewage that we have sunk to.
This is our country. This is what we love and hold close to our hearts. This is what we are dying for. This is what we voted for. This is where we are at.
And where we are going, is so much worse I can't even begin to imagine how fucked we are going to be.
Cindy. I hate to say it. But, she may be all we got.

6. I wondered too how she ended up in Crawford so quickly.... |
|
they reported that she was married to a reporter who had been over there. Sounds a bit fishy to me ---- except for the fact that she could barely speak English. Surely a plant would've been coached better? emdee

2. Iraqis and Iranians were in Crawford today |
|
bringing food to the Peace House (see other threads about what happened today). They are supporting Cindy. I think the Iraqi they had on Hardball is in the minority.

3. I remind everyone of the Iraqi plant with phony incubator story |
|
in the first Iraq invasion. Not saying she IS a plant, only that it has been done before.

4. Not Iraqi, she was a Kuwaiti |
|
In fact she was the daughter of the Kuwaiti ambassador to the U.S. and was here when the Iraqis invaded her country.
