My Fox-News loving dad --who voted for Bush twice -- has started to think our prez isn't playing with a full deck. Dad is very worried about what a war with Iran could mean and that Bush is just enough of a zealot to want such a war.
When folks like my dad start talking against GW, he is in trouble.:applause: :bounce:

2. Wanna get him really fired up? |
|
Dig up the CapitolHillBlue.com stories about Bush going over the deep end. Three from last year around this time, the latest today.
I'm not sure I believe them, since they're virtually unsourced, but they might get a rise out your father. :)
Cheers.

3. I'm sure the Neocons have convinced George that Iran needs to |
|
be dealt with to restore a balance of powerlessness. Now that they took out Iraq, Iran has the upper hand. I'm sure that isn't sitting well with countries like Israel.

6. My father in law believes that the "Muslims" want to take over the |
|
world... hence the terrorism, hence the conflict.... hence we are right and they need to be nuked. Only in America.

8. My one time close friend turned RW fascist thinks the same. |

Although I suspect it is just an excuse to behave like an asshole.
Bullshit hysteria masking sociopathic rage.

4. And in the next election, when Bush isn't running anyway, he'll |
|
dutifully vote for the Republican candidate.
Not to be a downer, but I've seen my own family members do this. They'll dump on a Republican when it no longer matters, and renew their devotion to the party.
