The Smudge Report: Cindy Sheehan and the Activist Kitten
Edited on Mon Aug-15-05 07:50 PM by Dylan Garcia
Cindy Sheehan did not give us much time to get ready to go to Crawford. Rescheduling the week, conducting legal research and locating local counsel in Texas took up all of our time. There was no time to find a baby sitter. Our daughter, Sarah, would have to join us for an incredible civics lesson if we were to go to Camp Casey. And Sarah wasn't going to leave her kitten which she had gotten three days earlier for her seventh birthday.

And that's how "Smudge" came to join the Uprising in Crawford.
