Are any DUers active in veterans' organizations? |
|
Not just the VFW or Legion, but maybe the Vietnam Veterans of America?
I think it would be helpful to get vets' groups to respond to the cross desecration last night.

1. I'm a member of all three service organizations... |

It would be good if they'd at least address the desecration, but I'm not sure our leaders will want to risk speaking out on this possibly divisive subject.

But what do you think is the possibility they may weigh in on the desecration issue?

I'm active in Iraq Veterans Against the War along with helping to co-found a conscientious objector support network, www.peace-out.com.
