Greenspan raises interest rates, Bush gives permanent tax breaks to the oil companies who are gouging us already and making record profits, and a Freep mows down symbolic crosses of our soldiers killed in Iraq. It's a no lose situation for the CC. They just couldn't stand peace and prosperity for most Americans. So they know they can have a war anytime they want to, rev up the military industrial corporate whores, gouge the people on oil, get tax breaks, raise interest and make sure the working poor seldom get a taste of the "good life" but always stay in debt to Banking corporate cabal.
