Poll question: Do you get Current TV |
|
In your home, do you get Current TV? It's Al Gore's network. I have no idea who actually has it available on their cable system (or satellite?).

If you do get it, what region do you live in? And what cable or stellite package do you need to have to get it?

3. It's part of the digital lineup in Orlando (Bright House Networks) |
|
EXCEPT: they dropped NWI (NewsWorld International) to give Current the channel slot.
I think I would rather have NWI--given that choice. It presented news programming from network sources all over the world. A refreshing change from US MSM.
Unfortunately they won't touch LOGO, the new GLBT network...though they had a LOT of requests for it.

2. Where I live, it's on cable channel 127. |
|
All the channels above 100 come in some kind of additional fee package. If you don't have that package, you won't get Current TV.

4. I don't support cable rape |

The cost of cable service isn't acceptable to me. I never have the TV on for more than a few hours a week.

I think that's a great aspect of their organization. Unfortunately most people don't go searching for broader viewpoints. When this kind of material is on regular broadcastTV, I'll know there's hope for he future.
