<old man voice> You know, back in my day, we us some had dedicated IT folks just a watchin' and a monitoring our systems, and makin' sure all them patches and fixes were, well, patched and fixed. Then some o' them accountin' folks started think they's payin' them IT folks too much; can save lots of money outsourcin' 'em, they said. And save money they did.
