Wouldn't you think that Condi Rice would be in agony working for Chimp ? |
|
I mean, she is African-American I believe. She seems to have a brain and has a good education. She MUST realize that his policies, in general, are not good for the minority community. I would think that would haunt her all of her days and that even money and "fame" could not wash it away.

5. Nope, it is korporatist, neoKon-ish |

No affiliation with her brothers and sisters. In fact, isn't her blood sister (or cousin) a liberal/radical activist in the LA area?

She is an evil sell out i.e. * Oil Tanker named after her * Sandy Berger tried to tell her for over an hour about bin Laden & * al Qaeda in Jan of 01 she blew him off and probably did not read the documents he gave her * "I believe that document is called bin Laden seeks to strike inside the United States."

She has a real intellect, comes from a segment of society that is generally underprivileged and has had a measure of success in academia.
Surely, she must cringe when she hears hypocritical statements or absurd arguments to justify outrageous behaviour.
Is it just a matter of blind ambition?

14. It might be ambition - but it ain't blind.... |

...she was his Security Advisor - now she is Secretary of State, or Mistress of State as I like to call her. The relationship between Condi and Shrub - well, Clinton's Monica comes to mind. Not to long ago, at a dinner party (and yes, this made the news, Condi was saying "as I told my husba.....eh, as I told the President...." - now why would this woman who has never been married mispeak so? Where Shrub goes, Condi goes - with very few exceptions.

9. There are so many dimensions to that relationship. |
|
First, I'm convinced that they're lovers, or were at one time.
Second, being African-American is only one aspect of her, or any person. She has goals of her own. She wants to achieve things that she believes in. Her ethnic background is only one aspect of her.
Plus, being an African-American, she can't be unaware of the historical significance of what she's achieved just by holding her office. There's no rule saying all people of one color have to think alike or have the same goals. I'm sure she feels that she is in many ways the fulfillment, or at least the next step, in the progress African Americans have made in America since the Civil Rights movement. I'm not sure I'd agree with her completely on what she feels she's achieved, but that doesn't mean she doesn't see it differently than you or me. To her, she may believe that her position, and even Bush's policies, are good for African Americans.
Who can say what a person has to believe about his or her race or identity. In many ways, assuming that everyone of a certain race should believe a certain way about that race is creating its own racial stereotypes.

10. I honestly she sees herself as 'above' all that... |
|
and, therefore, able to be part of the cabal. I suspect she 'looks down' on those who do not follow her beliefs like all the rest of the cabal. Her heritage, gender, etc, do NOT play a part in her thinking, she is, from start to finish, a neo-con.

15. She was an oil company executive and she and Bush are soulmates |
|
She is 100% in agreement with the neocon philosophy and agenda as well as in synch with Bush personally.
I am sure she believes that his policies are good for the minority community since she shares the RW outlook.
