Did anyone hear the wacko that threataned Ed Schultz today? |
|
Probably about 15 minutes before he went off the air today.
Told Ed to shut up, said the clown that ran over the crosses (And American Flags) was a hero and told Ed something like he would be ready to meet Ed in Crawford.
I hope Ed, Cindy, the family that owns the property and the protesters are careful. There is no telling what these hate mongers are capable of.

these nut cases. I did not hear this. Thanks for the information on though. Did Ed put the caller in their place and hold his own?

The guy was pissed and ranting. Possibly foul language may have been on the way. This guy seemed like he was in a blind rage.

them on a reasonable level without them squawking. We should feel sorry for them. They are sick people and they do not know any better. Look who their leader is. No wonder.

25. You know there is a local man that USED to be a friend of ours |
|
and he is a rethug. It got to the point I could no longer listen to him and the lies about this administration that he was filling us with. I started setting him straight on some of his statements. He got very outraged and said I guess all democrats are just stupid. The fact is I had the proof of truths. He could not handle it. I told him that I will not stand for the name calling. So he left. An hour later he called and apologized. But I know longer respect him for the way he acted. He is no longer a friend. He acted like a child. It is hard to have any respect for a talking head of our leader and chief. :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

Since their values, so far as I can see, are diametrically opposed to mine, I just can't fathom having any common ground.
Sad but that's the way it is.

...so people who run over crosses & flags are heroes, huh? Well, I guess I won't believe these morons anymore when they say how *patriotic & religious" they are. It's all lies.
Let's really pound them on this. I bet the more moderate Republicans who haven't become completely wacky would side with us. I doubt they would like the idea of crosses & flags being run over.

|
said anyting about that asshole who ran over the crosses (I cant bear to listen to him myself, I completely freak out and start swerving all over the road and I sometimes go blind with rage). He was only able to stand it for the 1st hour and Liebaugh said NADA. Nothing. Zip. ZERO. He was going on and on apparently about how 9/11 is now all Clintons fault. Typical.

... I think he said "The cowboy in the pickup truck was a real hero."
And yes it sounded as if he threated Ed by saying something like: "This cowboy will be ready to meet you in Crawford." (Not exact words, but close I think.)
Ed asked him if that was a threat, and then he was cut off. I suspect that they were on a delay and the monitor of the call probably cut him off.
Cindy just moved onto private property, so maybe that will help in someway to keep the hate mongers away.

12. I cannot express in words HOW MUCH I HATE THESE PEOPLE. |
|
I have never hated people like I hate these Conservative Republicans. It's a strong, nauseating, hatred that sometime causes me to double over. It's ridiculous. I fear one day one of these IDIOTS (truly uninformed idiots!) is going to say the wrong thing to me (actually, a neo-con saying ANYTHING to me at all might set me off) and I might temporarily lose touch with reality and cut the guys head off like OJ. I kid you not. I think I need counseling.     :puke: :puke: :puke:

Come here and rant, it seems to help me. It also helps to take a break from the news now and then. I will sometimes take 3 or 4 days off, without watching the news or posting here. It seems to help some.

16. I was home today and caught a lot of MSM |
|
flipping channels. I will tell you this much: Every show had on some right wing nut job spewing venom. I noticed that their cocky arrogance of the past has been replaced by red-faced, crazy looking people. I even noticed spit flying out of their mouths. The tide is turning, so to speak. It is because of a combination of Cindy Sheehan and Bush's falling poll numbers. They are panicking. They are angry. They could be dangerous as thing whole hypocrisy comes to the forefront.

17. i for one will not worry about Big Ed |
|
he's taken threats before, and he'll be ready in Crawford.
He's going to Crawford because he is curious, the same as many others who are following the story. He wants to look in the eyes of the travelers who have made the trip, and hear their stories. He has said this is THE STORY of the summer, and it's not going away. When asked today about what he thought the best strategy in Iraq was, he answered, 'Exit, stage Left'. And he is getting across to the midland, where 'middle-class Americans' that have been historically *moron supporters are calling in, and expressing their doubts. Listen for yourself to his show and the call ins, it's a sea-change going on out there.
but i'm confident he can handle himself against any redneck-wannabe-hero-dumbass-coward-cowboy from Waco, or Crawford/Connecticut.
go Big Ed!

I try to get out of work right at five so I can listen to him at 5:00. Ed is the only show I listen to on AAR.
He had a lot of right wing people call in on the program today. Ed handles things well, but there are times when I wish he would let them talk a litle more. At times he cuts them off before they make a fool of hem selves. Ha!
