A Long Long time ago
back in 2001 California was having energy problems. constant fears of brownouts, ever escalating electricity prices. We all know why it was happening now, but, before Enron imploded, what stopped the brownouts? the Democrats took over the Senate and passed Federal Energy rate caps. All the brownout fears and super high energy prices stopped immediately. No Corporations were harmed.. just the super inflated profits of Enron were stopped.

So.. could this be true?
