2. That
means from both sides of the issue, some people do not want their loved ones names on the crosses at camp casey. One of the things that disappoints me on where our county has moved to. It is almost impossible to have a discussion on the issues anymore, people from both sides just get ugly.

3. May I ask how you feel that those at Camp Casey are "getting ugly"?

4. I can't speak for everyone...
...but I don't have eight years of patience (with regards to having a civil discussion). I can't talk with them anymore without wanting to plant my fist in their teeth, so I just avoid them. I'm glad people like you can still remain civil, or diplomacy would already be an exhaused option, and I like having options.

5. Link to story, please? I haven't heard of anyone objecting to
their son/daughter's name on a cross (unless they're Jewish or Muslim). That's just weird.

S'pose some bigtime Reep diehards also want their kids names off the Vietnam War Memorial.

6. Yes please I would also like to know - the ONE person who voiced an
objection to his sons name being used came to camp Casey and ended up hugging and crying with Cindy Sheehan.

Could you please explain to me why you choose to call that.... UGLY?

I hope you are not just a drive by.

I did not mean that camp casey was getting ugly I was referring to discussion on issues in general. I do not have have names of those who were upset with loved ones names but I did hear a news report to that the other day. I was in my truck headed home.

8. What about mothers that support Bush and the war?
I have seen those mothers occasionally talked of disparingly.

So, by your title, do you really mean ALL mothers? Or are you saying that we shouldn't support the troops? Or, did you just not think before you wrote?
