THEY OWN THE MEDIA***********

THEY OWN THE MEDIA***********

THEY OWN THE MEDIA***********

THEY CAN CHANGE DIRECTION/TOPIC/SUBJECT ANYTIME*******

WHY YOU MIGHT ASK?

REPEAT AFTER ME*******

THEY OWN THE MEDIA****

Let's stop giving them credit that is no more legitimate, than the past two elections or than Reagan's accomplishments.

It seems many of them apparently steal whatever they receive, as we have seen via the largest cash lift that was flown to Iraq in 2004 and we have yet to know where it went.

Well, that's not necessarily true.

1. If they were so skilled at anything, the Iraq "war" would be over

2. There's more to it than that.
If it was just the media parroting the GOP talking points, it would be one thing. But, they somehow manage to convince nearly all Republican politicians, even down to the state level in some cases, to parrot the same exact crap, over and over.

That either takes some serious organizational skills or involves a ton of blackmail. My money's on the latter.

4. It's the lure of easy money
Once a politician falls for it they are owned. That's the one skeleton you'll find hidden in far too many politicians closets.

Money is just a by product.

They have done their history homework in realizing whoever owns the media, owns the message.

interview on the Majority Report? I don't see it scheduled.

must be an oversight.

That's not even the mainstream rightwing media.

That is Rush "lying is easier than telling the truth" Limbaugh.

8. That's what I think.
It's not that Karl Rove is a political genius. The media treats daily Republican talking points as the lens through which everything else is examined.

Republicans simply own the conversation and if our side is allowed in at all it's just as a foil.
