And it was one of more than 20 vigils in the Twin Cities. The response from the drivers was awesome. I only saw two thumbs-down the whole night and there was a LOT of traffic on the bridge. Some people would drive across and back several times, honking in support along the way. WAMM had brought stacks of signs so if you wanted one and didn't have one, they could provide you with one. Also, someone (maybe WAMM again?) had brought roses to hand out. All in all, it was a great night. Man, I'm so glad I live in a blue state. ;)
