The last thing this woman deserves is the scorn of people who have lost NOTHING to this war...not a child, not money, not a moment of sleep wondering whether or not they'd be losing a loved one any minute.

You people are growing wealthy on the blood of American servicemen, and have the nerve to put down a parent who's lost more than you can imagine. It's easy to have courage when you've never had it tested. That's why we call you chickenhawks.

No one who has faced war, and knows what kind of pain and suffering it brings, can stand there as coolly as you and strike out at someone who suffers the way she is.

You'll never get it. You call her crazy, or that she's being used as a tool, but you don't understand. She is leading and everyone else is following. They're helping her, not the other way around. Cindy has become our voice.
