He has to be stepping down soon, right? A governor can't serve if he's been indicted for a crime, correct?

They talked about other folks in Ohio being charged with several crimes, but not a word about you governor being a crook. I was watching for the story but Nada!

All they talked about was Jim Traficant when he was in trouble though.

Noe because they are who we need to spill the beans. They are connected to the election fraud in Lucas County (Tom was a former BOE member, who helped bring Diebold into the county and his wife Bernadette was Chairperson of the Lucas County BOE during the '04 election which saw such widespread problems that blackwell was forced to write an investigative report.) Capito needs to tell the public whether she has used any of her congressional staffers to work on any issue related to pardoning her father.

Capito needs to pledge that she will not seek a pardon for her father nor use her office and staffers to seek that pardon.
As recently as this July 4th, Capito and her father met with George Bush in West Virginia. The fact that the President met with the convicted felon is a strong indication that this pardon is on the table.

Whats interesting is that both Senators, and the govenor are as hated by Republicans as much as Democrats.

How they manage to stay in office for so long is beyond me.
