Is Larry Northern discrediting the pro-war movement?
Thinking about all the pundits repeating over and over how Cindy Sheehan risks losing credibility in various ways, I'm wondering why they haven't said anything about Larry Northern's form of expression.

3. There's a Latino Political Movement

(our Lt Governor, Cruz Bustamonte, was a member while in college) - that maintains that all of the territory gained during the War of Texas Independence and the Mexican War should all be given back to Mexico, and that the Treaty of Guadalupe-Hidalgo is illegal, null, and void.

7. No real Texan would ever drink a Lone Star
That stuff is worse than Coors Light. It makes even sheep urine seem like the nectar of the gods.

Every Texan knows that Shiner Bock is the real Texas beer--and no, Mexico can't have that.

10. Well, that's because...
crank-case oil is a refreshing change from Sam Adams and Harpoon!

:spank:

Just kiddin'. Seriously, I lived in Texas for many, many years and never met anyone who ever drank a Lone Star. Most everyone I partied with drank Shiner.

(And if you've never tried Shiner Bock, you have to sometime.)

4. Oh, not at all
Remember, the first rule in pundit reporting is IOKIYAR: It's okay if you're a Republican. Now, to any sane person, Larry Northern looks like some nutcase intoxicated from inhaling too many Faux News fumes. Common as pigeons, really. But such like are invisible to the punditry, who know they're supposed to notice only the guy with the rainbow fright wig at a peace demonstration of thousands and thousands.

5. I'd say no.
You can't really discredit that which, ab initio, is devoid of credibility.

6. He doesn't discredit it ...
... I think he could more appropriately described as "defining" the pro-war movement.

8. I rather think he is the "poster boy" for the pro-war movement
Hateful, immature, violent, intolerant...

I'm surprised he has a driver's license.
