A former Marine Lance Corporal acussed of shooting police copter

Yep right here in Albuquerque. About two weeks ago while looking for robery suspects a Berniaillo Sherrifs helicopter was shoot at, the bullett went through the front cockpit and struck one of the pedels shattered and then struck the pilot and officer on board, and plummeted 400' to earth. Both occupents will recover. While investagating the neighborhood (paradice hills) police interviewed a 29 year old former Marine sharp shooter who said he saw the whole thing. He also stated that he could have easialy made that shoot. Cause it looks like he DID!

His first court date was yesterday. He wasnt even the involved in the robery, just couldnt pass up the tempetation.

"A man accused of shooting down a sheriff's helicopter is a former Marine marksman who said he witnessed the crash and bragged to investigators that it would be no problem for him to "make that shot,'' according to sheriff's records released Tuesday.
Jason Kerns, 29, was arrested late Monday. He faces charges of assault with intent to commit a violent felony upon an officer, criminal damage to property and tampering with evidence in the Aug. 6 shooting."

My point, having served and recieving an honorable discharge dosent make someone a good person or a good American.
